Greetings to the officers and members of the Manila Critics Circle on the occasion of the 19th Annual National Book Awards.
The National Book Development Board lauds the Manila Critics Circle for giving recognition to quality-Filipino authored books through the years. We are truly appreciative and fully supportive of this noble endeavor as it plays a pivotal role in tapping the intellectual and the aesthetical capabilities of our citizenry for the world to cherish.
